Meet Our Team
Client Services Specialist
Pam Luby
Pam Luby is our Client Services specialist, serving as the main point of contact for just about anything our clients need. Pam executes and attends our educational seminar dinners, client events, and more. She builds relationships with clients, schedules and confirms appointments, and reports on metrics associated with events and client engagement. Behind the scenes, Pam is busy keeping Katie, and various aspects of the business, organized. Partnering with Katie and the Grady Group gives Pam a chance to use so many of her skills and get to know new people, helping them in the best way she can. She makes them feel welcome and part of the family from day one, which creates a positive first, and lasting, impression.
Outside of work, Pam spends a lot of time gardening. She is certified in Greenhouse Production and Sustainable Agriculture. Pam is also an incredible baker, and has an eye for fashion and home decor. She and her husband, Dan, live in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and have 3 children. Her two adult children, Madeline and Patrick, have jobs of their own, and Matthew is in college at the University of Illinois. They have a Mini-Labradoodle, Rory, a Chihuahua, Duke, and they also raise Button Quail.
Business Processing Specialist
Tim Grafrath
Tim Grafrath is our Business Processing Specialist, and is responsible for handling transfers of assets for new clients and various client service requests such as RMDs, beneficiary changes, and more. Tim is a perfectionist with impeccable attention to detail, which is critical to this role.
He loves meeting and interacting with new people, and hearing from clients about how working with the Grady Group has made a positive impact on their lives. Tim is kind, loyal, and easygoing.
Outside of work, Tim never sits still. He is often grilling or smoking meat, doing a DIY project at home, or tinkering with something automotive. He is also an avid snowmobiler and boater, busy in all seasons. Tim is Katie's husband, and an all-around family man.
